Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, risk reviews, and support plans.
• Provide guidance around benefits, welfare, and housing options.
• Liaise with external agencies and advocate for guests.
• Support guests to secure and sustain move‑on accommodation.
• Contribute to safe running of the night shelter and drop‑in services.
