Transport Planner – Co. L/Derry

About you

• Experience of working within a similar role
• Proficient with MS Office

Duties

• Update and record driver health and safety training
• Ensure all waste management paperwork is accurate and recorded.
• Control, inspect, and maintain lease vehicles
• Manage driver’s hours, working time directive and infringements
• Manage drivers CPC training and records
• Incident and accident reporting
• Carry out induction of new recruit drivers and driver helpers
• Planning and organising N Ireland based Trucks
• Communicating with drivers, customers and sub-contractors
• Assist with the day to day planning of trucks and employees
• Assist drivers with job information and trouble shoot problems
• Other adhoc duties
