• Experience managing transport or logistics operations at a supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead driver briefings and debriefings.
• Ensure transport legal, fleet, and H&S compliance.
• Manage driver performance, absence, and engagement.
• Oversee accident, breakdown, and issue resolution.
