WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Rotational shift pattern is 06:00-14:00 / 10:00-18:30 & 14:00-22:30 with 1 in 4 weekend day 06:00-14:30
• Safe, legal and efficient execution of transport operations during a duty shift to network SLA's/KPI's
• Responsible for driver and fleet legal compliance during shift in accordance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence standards
• Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your role and to your team
• Point of the contact for all drivers during your drivers duty shift

• Experience preferably in multi user and chilled operation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory skills - managing individual performance/absenteeism/conflict and development
