Here at GXO Brinklow in Milton Keynes, we’re working together with Waitrose and are on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern of Any 5 from 7, covering the hours of 06:00 14:00 and 14:00 22:00.

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Ensure regular communication with drivers is delivered
  • Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management
  • Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI’s
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

What you need to succeed at GXO:
