A leading transformation firm is looking for an Engineer Training School Administrator in Plymouth. This full-time role involves delivering training support by managing student enrollments, course administration, and ensuring compliance with training policies. Ideal candidates will have strong IT skills, previous administration experience, and an understanding of training processes, particularly in military contexts. The position offers a salary of £24,043.50 along with flexible benefits and opportunities for personal growth.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. The Engineer Training School Administrator will deliver training support by providing training documentation and validation aids to enable the training staff to carry out their duties in line with current policy.
Occasional travel to HMS Raleigh in Torpoint will be expected.
Flexibility with hours worked will be required during Assessment weeks (Around 15 weeks of the year)
