Overview

Job Title: Trainer Assessor - Beauty Therapy

Salary: £28,476 - £31,105 pro rata

Hours Per Week: 14 hours (part time)

We are actively searching for Trainer Assessor in Beauty Therapy at our Conway Park Campus for 14 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £31,105 pro rata per year plus many added incentives including:

About the Job

To provide high quality, flexible training, learning, advice and assessment to learners on Work Based Learning programmes in the workplace or college sites.

  • Assisting in the identification of potential candidates (apprentices).
  • Undertaking initial assessments and be responsible for training, assessing and action planning for a caseload of candidates and be involved in the quality assurance of programmes
  • Identifying training needs and agree delivery plans with candidates/employers, delivering timely frameworks associated with beauty therapy.
About You
  • Hold an Assessor Award (D32/33 or A1 or TAQA)
  • Hold a teaching or training qualification, e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training or PTLLS or be willing to work towards within 12 months
  • Hold a professional or vocational qualification at Level 3 in the area of Beauty Therapy
  • Minimum Level 2 English (GCSE A-C, or equivalent) or be willing to work towards within 6 months
  • Minimum Level 2 Maths (GCSE, A-C, or equivalent) or be willing to work towards
