Are you a passionate Trainer & Assessor who loves helping drivers succeed? This is your chance to join a highly respected, family-owned WA transport and logistics company where safety, quality and teamwork truly come first. You'll take the lead in shaping capable, confident drivers across a diverse heavy-vehicle fleet-making a real impact on daily operations and long-term standards.

About the Role

Based in Perth's south-east, this full-time role offers plenty of variety, autonomy, and hands-on work. You'll deliver engaging training and assessments for both new and experienced operators while partnering closely with the operations team to lift capability, strengthen compliance, and drive continual improvement across the business.
