This expanding materials handling provider, founded in 1974, specialises in the sales, rental, servicing, and maintenance of forklifts and related equipment, has grown steadily to achieve a turnover of over 4 million, and supplies sectors including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
In this role, you will service, maintain, and repair material handling equipment, carrying out fault diagnostics, testing, assembly, and supplier work while preparing rental and stock equipment for use or sale, responding to breakdowns, and working closely with the Service Team in a full‑time role, Monday to Thursday 8:30AM - 17:00PM and finishing at 14:00PM on Friday.
This role would suit a Trainee Workshop Engineer with experience in hydraulics who wants to gain hands‑on experience in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining vehicles for a well‑established and growing company, with the opportunity to develop your skills through technical training, progress towards a Workshop Engineer role, and increase your earnings through overtime.
