Are you interested in a new career in Trading Standards? Do you want the chance to train to be a Trading Standards Officer? We are looking for a flexible, highly motivated individual to train and work within the Trading Standards and Licensing Team. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability and willingness to study and develop your skills and knowledge to successfully complete the Level 6 Trading Standards Professional Apprenticeship. The department will support training costs, and the post allows progression through academic and professional qualifications, with salary scales reflecting the point of development. Your details may be shared with the appointed training provider as part of eligibility checks and recruitment process. The closing date is given as a guide and we reserve the right to close the post early once we have received a sufficient number of applications, so we advise you to submit your application early to avoid disappointment.
