Trainee Teaching Assistant - Launch Your Career in Education (Kent & Medway)

Ready to begin a meaningful role supporting children in the classroom? This fully funded opportunity helps adults step confidently into Teaching Assistant positions across Kent and Medway, providing the practical skills and knowledge schools are looking for.

You’ll receive targeted training that prepares you for real classroom environments, including behaviour support, safeguarding, SEND awareness, and speech, language and communication skills to help children thrive.

What You Will Gain
  • Practical preparation for primary, secondary and SEND settings
  • A recognised NCFE CACHE qualification, or unit, depending on chosen pathway: Level 3 Award in Supporting Children and Young People's Speech, Language and Communication or Level 3 Understand How to Support Learning of Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
