As a Trainee Solicitor in a consumer-facing telecommunications business, you will support the legal team in providing timely, accurate legal assistance that enables the business to meet strategic priorities while maintaining compliance with law and regulation.

Key Responsibilities

Your workload will be varied and will typically include:

• Supporting Contract Negotiations – Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts with customers and suppliers under supervision, ensuring documents reflect commercial principles and legal obligations.
• Legal Research & Analysis – Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support senior lawyers in advising the business.
• Compliance Assistance – Help ensure marketing and commercial activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Claims & Litigation Support – Assist in managing customer claims and litigation by preparing case summaries, drafting correspondence, and liaising with the business
