Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Legal in embedding privacy into the product development lifecycle, minimising operational privacy risks and supporting the implementation of new internal processes arising from legislative changes.
  • Conduct training to raise awareness on privacy matters and help coordinate responses to compliance queries.
  • Draft, negotiate and/or review commercial contracts, marketing materials, leases and agreements for our UK entities, including liaison with external advisors.
  • Draft and update contract templates, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies.
  • Support the team in managing and tracking ongoing matters, deadlines and regulatory updates.

Qualifications
  • LLB law degree plus LPC or GDL plus LPC with a commitment to a traditional training contract route.
  • Minimum 6 months of paralegal experience (preferably in-house) with background in data protection and commercial contracts; in-house technology experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements including GDPR, PECR and other applicable frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail and a can‑do attitude with appetite to learn.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic fast‑paced international environment.
