Overview

Position: Trainee Retrofit Coordinator

Base Location: Livingston

Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week

Salary: £26,208 per year

As a Trainee Retrofit Coordinator and learn the full retrofit assessment and delivery process in line with PAS2035 standards!

Put your skills to the test, and with our support and expertise in the energy efficiency services industry, you will soon become a qualified Retrofit Coordinator, independently working on publicly funded frameworks to help retrofit domestic properties across Scotland and be part of a more sustainable future.

Full training will be provided to ensure you have the correct support in place to meet the requirements of a trainee retrofit coordinator and gain the necessary skills to thrive and grow in the role.

What will you be doing?
  • Liaising with the retrofit assessors, coordinators and energy efficiency team helping the retrofit coordinators with documentation and evidence for each assessment to ensure it meets PAS2035 requirements
  • Working with the retrofit coordinators to carry out sustainable domestic energy efficiency measures at various levels.
  • Identifying the most beneficial measures for each property and help create warm comfortable homes
  • Ensuring retrofit recommendations help achieve:
    • Maximum Fuel Bill savings for our customers and clients
    • Increased energy efficiency of property/ buildings
    • Help reduce carbon emissions, environmental impact, and help towards our journey to Net Zero
What Should You Have?
  • A willingness to learn with strong coordination and administrative skills.
  • Experience from a Construction Background or the Energy Efficiency industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Having a passion for sustainability and renewables.
