Trainee Recruitment Consultant Birmingham Sutton Coldfield Permanent Position

Salary: £25,500 + £29,500 base salary + Commison

As a result we are recruiting a trainee/ graduate recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive start up recruitment business.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the highest performing sales team in the business who live and breathe the job.
• Be thrown into cold calling, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates on a daily basis.
• Resourcing and reporting to the business directors, acting as their eyes and ears in the marketplace.
• Work with our consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are not only met but exceeded.

• You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever, with the determination to succeed and win no matter the cost.
• We are looking for someone with the hunger and ambition to put in the hard work and see the results.
• You must be resilient, not afraid of rejection, and understand that success in our field takes time.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving License
• Ideally Sales Experience
• Must be IT Literate
• Good phone manner and communcation skills
• Strong work ethic and the ability to go above & beyond as this is not a typical 9 - 5 role
• Good written english skills
• Minimum 5 GCSE's
• Must be amitious, competitive and money driven
• Coachable and willingness to learn
