Overview

Central Recruitment are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to work out of our office in Burnley town centre. The ideal candidate will be happy to work in a fast-paced environment and customer facing.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting potential candidates who come in to the office
• Taking inbound calls
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and our internal database
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific positions
• Interview potential candidates
• Right to Work verification
• Input information on to our system

What we are looking for

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with making telephone calls and taking inbound calls
• Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently.

Hours of work

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

Salary

£23,809 - £25,500 + Commission
