Qualifications

  • Access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for manual or automatic car.
  • Proof of business insurance for vehicle required before starting.

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Luton, you will receive:
  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
  • Purpose‑built training location
  • Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions

  • Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
