Trainee/Junior CNC Operator (Lighting) – Andover

Are you an engineering graduate/apprentice looking for a full-time role within a growing manufacturing business with industry leading training?

In this role, you will be trained to set and operate CNC laser cutting machines, loading materials using crane or forklift, removing and preparing cut parts for production, and carrying out basic maintenance and fault reporting. You will also support wider production activities such as press brake operation, assembly, and fitting when required.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and motivated engineering graduate or similar, confident working independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced production environment.
