Qualifications

  • Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Scots law with PEAT 1.

Responsibilities

  • Cover core legal activities in commercial contracts and compliance.
  • Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
  • Support commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers.
