The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding families through the funeral process, providing support during a difficult time, and ensuring that all arrangements are handled with the utmost professionalism and care. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.As a Trainee Funeral Service Operator, you will gain practical and hands-on experience of tasks including deceased care and handling, funeral service preparation and support, vehicle operation and procession management and facility presentation and chapel maintenance.You will receive the following:-A comprehensive induction and task-specific training.-Direct supervision and mentoring by experienced team members.-Regular progress reviews and feedback sessions.-Additional support or external training where required to ensure competence and confidence in each skill area.
