We're seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing team as a Trainee Financial Planner. Development Pathway

The successful candidate will follow a structured 2.5-year progression plan :

  • Year 1 : Complete all Diploma-level exams within 12 months while working in Client Services to gain a strong understanding of client management and financial operations.
  • Year 2 : Move into Paraplanning for six months to develop technical and report‑writing skills.
  • Year 3 : Transition into a Financial Planner position with full client-facing responsibilities.
Salary Progression

Salary increases by £1,000 for each exam passed.
