Qualifications

• Preferably an experienced Sales Negotiator or someone in Sales wanting to transition to Estate Agency.
• Outstanding customer care experience required.
• Must be resilient, positive, and organised.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence and have a personal car available.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and lettings while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Build rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone.
• Agree sales and progress them through to exchange and completion.
• Generate and book valuations, viewings, and financial services appointments.

A quick look at the role

In this role you will be dealing with sales and lettings whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building rapport with new and existing clients face to face or over the phone. The main purpose of the role is to agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations, viewings and financial services appointments as well as potentially conducting property viewings and deal with lettings negotiations.

Skills and experience required

• Preferably an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a role within a leading Estate Agency Business or someone in Sales who would like to get into Estate Agency
