We are looking for a Trainee Costs Draftsman to join our Court of Protection/Public Law & Human Rights costs team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing national team. You will deal with solicitors\' files across a range of disciplines and prepare costs claims for submission to opposing solicitors or the courts. You\'ll have the chance to work on negotiations with opponents and have client contact. You may be required to undertake additional training and will be encouraged to study for professional Law Costs qualifications. Ideally, you\'ll have experience working either in house or for an external supplier of costs drafting services.
