We are recruiting for a Trainee Broker to join a leading fleet insurance team based in Telford. The role offers full training on products and processes, making it ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including managing diaries, calls, emails, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and related logistics.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Support office operations including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
  • Perform accurate data entry, generate reports, and assist in analysis.
  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally and appropriately.
  • Work towards agreed performance targets to support company growth.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Skills & Knowledge Required
