A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking a qualified Traffic Marshall for a construction site in Crawley. This is a temporary position lasting 2-3 months, requiring a valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall ticket. Traffic Marshall Duties
  • Vehicle and Pedestrian Management: Safely guide vehicles, including HGVs and deliveries, in and out of the site.
  • Site Security: Control access and ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles are on site.
  • Safety Enforcement: Ensure all on-site traffic rules are being followed to maintain a safe environment for workers and pedestrians.
  • Communication: Use clear hand signals and radio communication to direct traffic effectively.
