Overview

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading trades-focused company with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor.

This position is based in the company's Newry office. Monday - Friday.

This is a Permanent position. This company has an excellent reputation.

Salary

£28,000 + other additional benefits (Top Company) + fantastic work benefits and environment + holiday package & progression opportunities

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service both in person at the trade counter and through telephone, email, and webchat communication channels.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and handle complaints efficiently to ensure consistently high service standards.
  • Assist with warehouse operations as needed, including picking and packing orders and receiving incoming deliveries.

  • Experience working in a similar role - Customer Service or Trade Counter
  • Call handling experience highly preferred
  • Strong communicator

  • Great attention to detail levels
