About the Role

We are looking for both Planners and Senior Planners who are keen to contribute to our success and take the next step in their careers. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of residential and commercial planning projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on planning policy and regulations to clients.
  • Prepare planning applications, reports, and documentation.
  • Work closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients to achieve successful planning outcomes.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, helping them grow in their careers.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest planning legislation and industry trends.
About You
  • MRTPI status (or working towards it).
  • At least 5 years of planning experience (we may consider slightly less experience for exceptional candidates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
