Position: Assistant Planner / Planner

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid working available)

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Planner / Planner to join a well-established team based in Sheffield. This is a great opportunity for a planning professional to develop their skills and experience within a consultancy environment, working alongside a team of experienced planners.

About the role:
The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, including supporting the local plan process and preparing planning applications for residential developments. You'll gain exposure to a variety of challenging sites, from brownfield to green belt land.

Key responsibilities:

  2. Assisting in the preparation of planning applications and appeals

What we're looking for:

  5. A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage your workload effectively
