Are you an experienced EA with a superb eye for detail and a flair for organisation?

We are looking for someone who is at the top of their game and ready to take on an all-encompassing role supporting the Principal in his business and personal life. You will be joining a tight knit team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from diary management through to project work and everything in between.

The team are hard working, supportive and good fun. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join one of the top figures in the finance industry with huge scope for personal and professional development.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Diary & travel management – extensive and ever changing
  • Inbox and call management
  • Overseeing an international portfolio of properties and other significant assets
  • Appointments – managing all appointments including medical, restaurants, entertainment
  • Gifts – managing gift lists for family birthdays, holidays and festivities, tracking orders, returns and rsvps/thank you letters
  • Liaising with household staff and managing properties
  • Assisting family with personal matters eg. Researching Schools, holidays, properties, staff recruitment
  • Assisting with significant purchases eg. Artworks, properties
  • Liaison with professional teams; Contractors, Accountants, Lawyers etc
Requirements
  • Degree Educated with solid academic background
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standard of written and verbal communication
  • Strong IT skills
  • Drive and focus, strong work ethic
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Good sense of humour, calm, unflappable and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Hours: 8am-6:30pm plus overseas travel
