Overview
We are currently recruiting for a First Response Technician at Muller Manchester to provide quick response and technical support to optimise value creation, working within the Muller values and standards whilst striving to continuously improve.
Responsibilities
- Constant recognition that the value creation is "level 1" - First line support primary purpose is to support the front line teams
- Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
- Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to "100 year fix" in real time
- Working closely as ONE TEAM with Rapid Response Engineers
- Immediate "go, look, see" the issue by visiting the workstation when called upon
- Maintenance excellence / Asset care
- Works on active OE projects continuously
- Looks for "waste" in everything that we do
- Actively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own OE projects
- Owns and delivers OE initiatives and is recognised for these
- Utilises opportunities to improve the way we do things
- Collaboratively works with other team members to improve our business
- Previous food manufacturing experience
- Technical acumen / qualification
