Job summary

A conveyancing firm is seeking an experienced Title Checker to manage residential purchase transactions from its Wellingborough office. This full-time role involves reviewing search results, raising legal inquiries, and liaising with conveyancing teams. Our client A dynamic and forward‑thinking conveyancing firm is seeking skilled and motivated experienced Title Checkers to join its growing team.

In this full‑time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, based from their Wellingborough office.

Key duties & responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures
  • Reviewing, checking, and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries
  • Managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions
  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, ideally within a title checking role
  • Working proactively with strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
