About the Role

As the Tills & Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the tills area. You'll lead and train a team to ensure quick, friendly, and accurate service. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of customer service, handling any customer inquiries or issues, and ensuring that the tills are running efficiently. You will also have a key role in cash handling, till reconciliation, and process improvements.
