Starting in December 2025, a welcoming and professional family based in Padbury, Buckinghamshire is looking for a kind, reliable, and organised nanny to care for their three cheerful and energetic boys (aged 7, 4, and 1). This is a Tuesday to Thursday role (36 hours total, 07:30‑19:30) with a sole‑charge schedule, offering consistency and a good work‑life balance. Mum and Dad work a hybrid setup and Dad is away on Wednesdays and Thursdays, so those days need the most hands‑on support.
The eldest boy, aged 7, will be homeschooled with a tutor and benefits from gentle structure and extra patience; previous SEN experience is welcomed but not essential. The middle and youngest boys attend school/childminder during the day and the nanny will be responsible for their care after school and in the evenings.
