Job summary

A leading services contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced TFM Mobilisation Manager / Mobilisation Lead. The role involves overseeing the mobilisation of hard and soft services for a significant Total Facilities Management contract, ensuring all areas are operationally ready. You will be responsible for developing and managing plans, coordinating teams and stakeholders, and overseeing compliance aspects during the transition. This contract position operates on a day-rate basis, outside of IR35 regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in TFM mobilisation management.
• Proven track record in overseeing service transitions.
• Strong understanding of both hard and soft services.
