Overview

Value Stream Demand Lead - TFM Demand Lead (Full Time) | Derby/Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office)

Role in Rolls-Royce Aftermarket Operations, Planning & Control in Derby. Responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling Planning & Control activities for the Aftermarket Operations value stream.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the aggregation of Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning activity for Aftermarket Operations, including integration of complex demand for your value stream.
  • Collaborate closely with demand partners, internally to ensure clarity of demand signal, constraints, growth and improvement plans.
  • Ensure demand risks are understood and forecast the levels of activity required as mitigation through robust planning.
  • Evaluate the impact of demand variation within the planning horizon to enable structured and robust decision making.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of Aftermarket Operations\' Long Term forecasts.
  • Support the inventory budgeting and management activity.
