Overview

Test and Validation Engineer – Plymouth. Commutable from: Tavistock, Ivybridge, Saltash, Yelverton. Up to £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Extra Benefits.

The Role

• Develop test plans, conduct physical testing (such as drop tests) and validation of products and prototypes, and write up test reports.
• Full training and development provided.
• Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
• Hours: 39 hours, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
• Benefits: Monthly and yearly bonus, 33 days holiday including bank holidays (option to purchase additional days), life insurance 3x salary, pension 5%, and retail discounts.

The Person

• HNC/HND in engineering field.
• Knowledge of mechanical testing processes would be a bonus but is not essential as full training will be provided.
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and on own initiative.
