Working Patterns

This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

Travel Service Partner

As an integral part of the Tesco Team, you will support customers with their Foreign Exchange options.

What will you be doing?
  • Nurturing relationships with customers to tailor experience based on destination
  • Establish yourself as a travel money ambassador and trusted advisor
  • Engage with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals procedural, operational and customer focused
  • Utilise keen eye for detail to process daily online FX request and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
What do I need to have?
  • Numerically proficient – handle large amounts of cash and currency
  • IT proficient – basic understanding of computers and will receive training
  • Great Communicator – talk and listen to build relationships
  • Desire to succeed – drive and vision to make a difference
Interview Process
  1. Step 1 – Screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
  2. Step 2 – Online interview with ability to complete numerical and accuracy test.
  3. Step 3 – Visit bureau and meet Manager face‑to‑face.
  4. Step 4 – Offer or feedback based on visit.
