Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer feedback and service levels to improve processes.
  • Accurately process foreign exchange transactions and online FX requests.
  • Achieve operational, procedural, and customer-focused KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
