A leading retail company in Cambridge is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations and ensure exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will coordinate the team, handle day-to-day queries, and implement solutions for store improvements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. Flexible working discussions are encouraged. Salary starts at £14.76 per hour, with guaranteed hours.
Our Shift Leader pay starts from £14.76 per hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you.
The availability window shows the periods of time in the week we’d like you to be available to work. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you’ll have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be.
