About the Role

We are seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join a global leader in the dental and medical devices sector. Covering Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire (Manchester, Liverpool, Burnley, Warrington, Rochdale, Bolton, Salford) this is a high-energy, commercial role for a proven sales professional with a strong hunter mentality.

You will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and representing premium implant systems and medical devices solutions in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of your sales territory, managing both existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Sell premium dental implant systems and related medical devices solutions to dentists and key decision-makers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, chairside consultations, and training support.
  • Manage the sales cycle independently, with the backing of a respected global brand.
  • Attend tradeshows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and strengthen market presence.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Experience: At least 3 years’ field sales experience in a competitive environment.
  • Background: Ideally from dental implants, orthodontics, or medical devices, but candidates from surgical, orthopaedics, veterinary devices, or aesthetics will also be considered.
  • Skills: Confident communicator with strong consultative sales skills and resilience to succeed in challenging markets.
  • Mindset: A true hunter with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Based in one of the following areas: Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire (Manchester, Liverpool, Burnley, Warrington, Rochdale, Bolton, Salford).
