Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the South-East territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify opportunities for new business and market penetration.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Territory Sales Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage a defined territory effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel in the South-East
- Preferable experience of selling into fleets but not essential
