Job description

We are partnering with a leading wound and skin care company to recruit an exceptional Territory Manager who will drive commercial growth across a high‑potential region. In this role you will take full ownership of your territory‑shaping strategy, identify new business opportunities, and deliver compelling product training to key healthcare stakeholders. This is a 12‑month maternity cover contract through Evolve, covering the Northern Ireland territory.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated track record in sales within the medical sector, working across clinical environments and healthcare teams
  • Previous experience in wound care is preferred; medical devices and pharmaceutical backgrounds will also be considered
  • Results‑driven with strong numerical capabilities and confidence in market analysis
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, particularly within the wound and skin care market
Responsibilities
  • Drive regional sales growth by promoting the full wound and skin care portfolio and delivering compelling product presentations and training to key healthcare stakeholders
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at conferences and working collaboratively with Marketing and Medical teams to achieve shared goals
  • Own the territory strategy: identify new business opportunities, monitor market and competitor trends, and shape innovative plans to strengthen market presence
