Temporary Receptionist

Hours: Every Tuesday and Thursday - 8:00am-6:00pm - 1 hour lunch break
Pay Rate: £12.60

Responsibilities
  • General Reception Duties: Greet visitors with a smile and assist them as needed.
  • Transferring Calls on a Switchboard: Manage incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Taking Messages: Ensure all messages are accurately recorded and communicated promptly.
  • Making Tea & Coffee for Clients: Provide that extra touch of hospitality by serving refreshments to our valued clients.
