Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start. Notice periods cannot be accommodated.

Responsibilities
  • Managing incoming deliveries of valuable scientific equipment to ensure smooth receipt and distribution, supporting operational efficiency.
  • Lifting and handling packages of varying sizes, ensuring safety and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Assisting with general office administration such as organising supplies, coordinating schedules, and supporting team members with ad hoc tasks.
  • Maintaining a tidy and well‑stocked office environment, including organising facilities and common areas.
  • Supporting the setup and breakdown for meetings or events, contributing to a professional and welcoming workspace.
  • Supporting facilities management and ensuring operational continuity in a high‑tech environment.
