Office Assistant (temporary)

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project in the legal sector? Look no further! Our prestigious law firm in Manchesteris seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to support with basic office administration tasks for a 3 month period.

The project is expected to last for 3 months, with a potential to be extended, providing a valuable opportunity for professional development and experience in the legal industry. Working hours are from 8 : 30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our office by :

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff members.
  • Assist with drafting and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Support and training will be provided, and regular checks will ensure that processes are being followed effectively.
