Job description
Overview

We have a very exciting temporary opportunity for a proactive and highly organized Events and Marketing Administrator for a local client. The role is immediate start for approximately 2 months, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm. The office is dog-friendly with on-site four-legged helpers.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The role will start immediately, so candidates with a lengthy notice period may not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of student events, awards, and competitions.
  • Assist with organising logistics and campaign materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external individuals and organisations to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage campaign assets, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Keep campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation up to date to support smooth delivery.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
