Our client is seeking an Administrator to support company secretarial services within the Fund Corporate Services department. Based in Jersey, this temporary, full-time role is for a period of 6 months and involves providing efficient and accurate minute-taking, meeting coordination and administrative support for fund client entities. You will liaise directly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and professional handling of corporate governance tasks.
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting a wide range of fund structures in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will gain valuable exposure to board governance processes while developing technical and organisational skills within a leading fund services provider.
