Temporary Account Manager
  • Start Date: ASAP until end of the year
  • Hours: Full-time, 8:45 AM - 4:45 PM
  • Pay: 13.00 per hour
  • Location: West Edinburgh

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role is key to managing client relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of services, and coordinating with vendors to meet operational requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Oversee end-to-end management of documentation and related processes
  • Coordinate logistics across multiple sites, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
  • Liaise with external vendors to manage timelines, quality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor project milestones, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular status updatesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with standard operating procedures
