Remote Temporary Admin Support

ASAP start - 1–2 month booking, potential for extension. Remote working. £15–£17 per hour + holiday pay. 8:30am – 5:30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and tech-savvy administrator to provide temporary support to a high-performing Customer Success team during a busy period. You will be helping to keep projects, training, and day-to-day operations running smoothly while the business recruits for a permanent hire.

The role is varied, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, picking things up quickly, and managing multiple priorities with confidence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Collate and organise training feedback, survey data, and reports
  • Schedule training sessions and manage invites for delegates and trainers
  • Update PowerPoint decks, templates, and training materials
  • Download, edit (minor), and upload training videos to the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Manage updates to resources, toolkits, and documentation, ensuring version control
  • Maintain trackers, records, and project systems to keep information accurate and accessible
  • Support virtual events and webinars, including scheduling and reminders
  • Handle email correspondence related to training and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative support to the Head of Customer Success and wider team
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Proactive and experienced administrator, ideally with training, learning, or project support exposure
  • Confident working independently with minimal onboarding
  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organised
  • Skilled in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with LMS tools or project trackers an advantage
  • Excellent written communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Able to manage competing priorities with accuracy and efficiency
