• Supply both Trade and Retail Customers with parts, and assist with telephone inquiries from customers in an office environment.

• Have previous working experience in a busy Parts Department.
• A strong communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers and the General Public.
• An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service.
• Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems.

Salary

The salary for this Telesales Car Parts Advisor position is up to £30,000.

Hours

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, with alternate Saturdays 8:00am to 6:00pm.
